1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you and Karol Lapicz, residing in Poland ("we," "us," or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the SeekerQuake mobile application and website. By accessing the app, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Blockchain and Wallet Integration

SeekerQuake utilizes the Solana Mobile Wallet Adapter (MWA) for user authentication and access control.

• No Financial Advice: Any interaction with the Solana blockchain is at your own risk.
• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and private keys. We never have access to your private keys.
• Third-Party Services: Interactions are processed via the Solana network; we are not responsible for network congestion, fees, or failures.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The game assets, including original Blender models, code, and title "SeekerQuake," are the property of Karol Lapicz. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to play the game for personal entertainment.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the game files, use automated bots, or use the app for any illegal purposes under the laws of Poland.

5. Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as-is." Karol Lapicz shall not be liable for any loss of digital assets, data, or hardware damage arising from the use of the app or network-level issues on the Solana blockchain.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
